The upper chassis plate is the backbone of the Chassis, and holds the entire frame and chassis together. If your component is worn down and you need a replacement, look no further! Check for cracks that may develop where the Upper Chassis attaches at the gear boxes. Keep screws snug, and they shouldn't develop.
