Description

This LiteHawk ROWDY is a one piece replacement with every thing attached. Ready to run. Motors, Wheels, ESC/Receiver, all included. No controller, no battery or charger.

Charging the LiteHawk ROWDY:

Your new Litehawk comes with a rechargable 4.8V 700mAh NimH battery and has a 15 to 20 minute run time.  Always have your toy turned off when not in use.

First, plug your USB charger into a power supply adaptor port. The LED light will be Red without the battery plugged into it.

Now attach the battery to the USB charger, and the LED light will start blinking a Red light, indicating charging.

When the LED light on the USB charger turns off, the battery is fully charged. Charging takes about 4 hrs from a depleted state. Maybe 2.5 hrs for the very first charge out of the box.

Unplug the battery from the charger, and if you are ready to play, install into your toy. If storing, remember that all rechargeable batteries degrade over time, and need maintenance charges if left for a long storage period. Every other month or so will usually keep the battery in good working order.

Installing the Battery into the LiteHawk ROWDY:

Until you are ready to play, always keep the ROWDY turned off.

The battery compartment is located on the White side of the ROWDY, and is opened with a Philips screw driver. You may have to open the clip that holds the door closed and apply a little upward pressure while you turn the screw driver to release the screw completely and free up the door. You will need to do this again as you replace the door. Apply press downwards while turning the screw in until it starts properly, then fully secure the door. With the door off, install the battery and carefully hook it up, then carefully close the battery door. It is a snug fit.

Ready to play.. Turn on the controller first, the power light will come on blinking

Now turn the ROWDY's start switch on, and the controllers power light will turn off. The controllers power light will light up when ever you activate a control and move the ROWDY.

  LiteHawk ROWDY Controls:

The controller has two control sticks, and the left side controls the one side of the ROWDY, and the Right side controls the other side. There is no real right or left, or up or down to the ROWDY, as that all changes during the stunts. What doesn't change is the side of the controller that works with only one side of the ROWDY. Push the left stick forward and the left side will advance, and the right side will not. Push the right stick forward and right side will advance, and the left side will not. Push both the right stick and the left stick forward and the whole ROWDY will move forward. Push both sticks backwards and the ROWDY will move backwards. Push both sticks in opposite directions, and the ROWDY will spin in place. Now you can start experimenting with the ROWDY and create your own stunts.
